All our products and services are 100% digital. We do not ship physical goods. Upon completion of your custom workspace, the final deliverables (including secure workspace access links, duplication rights, and onboarding documentation) will be securely delivered to you via the email address provided during the consultation phase.
As a boutique Notion agency handling a high volume of complex architectures, we do not guarantee a fixed, universal delivery date. Your delivery timeline is entirely dependent on the scope of the project, the complexity of the database architecture, and our current development queue.
During the project proposal stage, you will be provided with an estimated delivery window. This timeline commences only after the initial invoice is paid and all necessary operational data has been handed over by your team.
We understand that some operational bottlenecks require immediate resolution. If you require your workspace to be built and delivered on an urgent, expedited timeline, this must be explicitly requested during the consultation.
Expedited delivery incurs an urgency surcharge, as our engineering team must work overtime and restructure our agency queue to accommodate your deadline.
